Warehouse Management (WMS) for food makers. Right pallet, right stop.

Locations from site to bin, putaway by rule, and handling units that know which lots they hold. At the dock, every scan is checked against the stop's manifest before anything leaves.

Bins and temperature zonesSSCC on every palletPart of one record
What it does

From the receiving dock to the loading dock. On the same stock record.

Locations to the bin

Site, zone, cooler, freezer, rack, shelf and bin, each with a temperature zone, capacity and item limits.

Putaway by rule

Received goods and finished batches are put away to a location the rules allow.

Handling units

Cases and pallets you build, nest, move and break down, each knowing which lots it holds.

SSCC labels

SSCC numbers under your GS1 company prefix, printed on GS1-128 pallet labels.

Packing board

A packing checklist per order, and packing slips printed in one batch.

Load check

Dock scans are matched to the stop's manifest. Wrong stop or wrong destination is caught before loading.

Where it sits

The warehouse sits between stock and the van. Every unit still knows its lots.

Questions

Warehouse Management, answered.

Do pickers scan each item?

No. Packing uses a checklist per order today. Pallets and cases are scanned at the dock load check.

Which scanners work?

Any scanner that types into a field, USB or Bluetooth.

Can it refuse a shipment?

Yes. The despatch gate stops held or recalled stock and failed retailer rules before the route can leave.

Is it a separate product from Inventory?

No. It's the same stock record, with locations, handling units and the load check added.
