Order Management for food makers. A portal your customers will actually use.

Cafés, shops and restaurants order on your portal. Cut-offs, delivery days, minimums and credit limits are checked before the order ever reaches you.

What it does

Orders that arrive complete. Checked before they reach you.

Ordering on your portal

A catalogue with search and dietary filters, favourites and reorder from a past order.

Standing orders

Weekly or every two weeks. Customers pause, skip or edit the next one, and staff can confirm it for them.

Cut-offs and delivery days

Every order is checked against the account's delivery days and your cut-off. Late changes need a staff override with a reason.

Credit limits

Exposure counts unpaid invoices and open orders. Customers can ask for a higher limit from the portal.

Their prices, not list prices

Account prices and price tiers are applied at checkout, along with any minimum order.

Every location, every buyer

Customers with several locations order for each one. Every buyer gets their own login and access.

Where it sits

The order is the first step on the record. Everything after it reads from the order.

Questions

Order Management, answered.

Do our customers need to install anything?

No. The portal runs in any browser, on a phone or a computer.

Can customers order custom cakes or catering?

Yes. They send a request with the details you need, you send a quote, and they accept it with a deposit.

How do new wholesale customers sign up?

They apply online, verify their email and complete the steps you set. You approve or reject each application.

Can an order change after the cut-off?

Staff can change it, and the reason is logged. Customers can cancel an order from the portal; any other change goes through your team.

Can customers order from our own web address?

Yes. The portal can run on your own domain, such as shop.yourbakery.com, with a permanent backup address.
