Finance & Invoicing for food makers. Invoiced on delivery, paid on time.

The invoice is created when the driver completes the stop, from what was actually delivered. Customers pay by card or ACH in the portal, claims become credits, and reminders go out before you have to chase.

Card and ACHClaims with evidencePart of one record
What it does

Money that matches the delivery. Without retyping a thing.

Invoices from deliveries

Quantities come from the stop, shorts and all, on your own invoice design.

Online payments

Card or ACH through Stripe in the portal. Cheques, wires and store credit are recorded by staff.

Claims and credits

Claims with photos and a root cause, resolved by credit, refund or replacement. Deduction patterns show repeat issues.

Collections

A reminder before the due date, escalations after it, then an account hold. All configurable.

Budgets and cash

Revenue, cost, margin, labour and waste against budget, and a weekly view of cash in and out.

For your accountant

Aged receivables, profitability, journal files and a time-limited login for your accountant.

Where it sits

Finance reads from what was delivered. Not from what someone typed in later.
