Demand Planning for food makers. Next week, from real orders.

Orders, standing orders and your own history become one demand view. Enplacio nets it against stock and what's already on the way, then proposes what to make, buy or move.

Forecast from your own historyNetted against stockPart of one record
What it does

From orders to what you're short. Every number explained.

One demand view

Confirmed orders, standing orders, forecast, safety stock and internal demand, side by side per item and day.

A forecast from your history

Same-weekday averages adjusted for the season. Adjust any figure by hand and see how accurate the last four weeks were.

Holidays and closures

Calendar events close a day or multiply its demand, so a long weekend is planned, not guessed.

Netted requirements

Demand netted against stock, open purchase orders and planned output. Each requirement says why it's that size.

One click to act

Turn a requirement into a draft purchase order, a transfer request or a production plan.

Late and early signals

Flags when an order-by date passes, a PO runs late or demand falls, so you expedite or pull back in time.

Where it sits

Planning reads from orders and stock. Buying and production read from the plan.

Questions

Demand Planning, answered.

Do we need years of sales history?

No. The forecast uses recent weeks of your own orders, and confirmed and standing orders count from the first day.

Can we override the forecast?

Yes. Adjust any day by hand. Accuracy for the last four weeks is shown, so you know how far to trust it.

Does it order from suppliers automatically?

No. It proposes requirements. A person turns them into draft purchase orders, which follow your approval rules.

Does it include counter or POS sales?

Not yet. Square and Toast connections are on the roadmap, so counter sales can feed the forecast.
