Privacy policy

How Enplacio collects, uses and protects information on www.enplacio.com and in the Enplacio platform.

Last updated 22 October 2026

Enplacio is operated by Newgeniq Inc., registered in New York, USA ("Enplacio", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on www.enplacio.com (the "site") and in the Enplacio platform at app.enplacio.com (the "platform"), what we do with it, and the choices you have.

Our two roles

Your business's records. Companies that subscribe to Enplacio ("customers") put their own records into the platform: orders, products, recipes, stock, production, quality checks, deliveries, invoices, staff and their customers' contacts. We process these records on the customer's behalf and only on its instructions, as its service provider. If you are a staff member, driver or trade customer of a business that uses Enplacio, that business decides how your information is used; please contact it first.

Our own information. For the site, for account sign-up and billing, and for our communications with you, we decide how information is used and this policy applies directly.

What we collect

On the site

  • Walkthrough requests: the email address you enter, the page you sent it from, your approximate country and the time.
  • Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. It reads signals from your browser for that check only.
  • Visits: we measure visits only with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

In the platform

  • Account details: names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles and sign-in records of the people a customer invites.
  • Customer records: whatever the customer enters or imports, including files, photos and signed documents.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages used, errors and security logs, which we keep to run and protect the platform.
  • Billing: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Messages: email, SMS and WhatsApp messages the platform sends for a customer, such as order confirmations or delivery updates.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure and support the platform and the features a customer turns on.
  • To answer walkthrough requests and support questions, and to send service and billing notices.
  • To find and fix errors, prevent abuse and keep one customer's records separate from every other customer's.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which features are used so we can improve them.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies.

AI features

Some optional features, such as importing a recipe from a photo or a document, send the content you choose to an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to process it and return the result. We use their business APIs, under terms in which data sent through the API is not used to train their models by default. Customer records are not used to train any AI model.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, each bound by contract to use the information only to provide its service to us:

When a customer connects an integration, such as an accounting system or a point-of-sale system, the platform exchanges data with that service on the customer's instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people or the platform, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Where it is stored

Platform data is stored in the United States. If you use Enplacio from Canada or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under US law.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as the customer's account is open. After an account closes, the customer can export its records, and we then delete them within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep them; backups expire on their normal cycle. Walkthrough requests and support emails are kept as long as needed to answer them and keep a record of our conversations.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each customer's records are isolated from every other customer's, and access is limited by role. Our security page has the details. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell the affected customers and you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If we hold the information on behalf of a customer, we will pass your request to that customer. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

  • California: you have the rights above under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
  • Canada: you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security. The platform uses cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in and remember your settings.

Children

Enplacio is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will tell customers before they take effect.
